If you’ve been wondering what a Date Bite is… this is your chance to come find out!!!

Our Date Bites are soft, sweet, and gluten-free. They’re all made from freshly pitted dates and come in four flavors inspired by things you already know and love.

🥜 PB & J — a nostalgic favorite with a twist. The date takes the place of the jelly, bringing just the right touch of natural sweetness to this nutty classic.

🍵 Matcha Pistachio — creamy, nutty, earthy, and a little unexpected. The kind of bite that makes you want to slow down and sip your wine a little longer.

Goodbye, UBT. 💚🌿

What an incredible, humbling, and beautiful experience this has been.

I want to take a moment to sincerely thank the UBT Small Business Team for creating a space where small businesses like mine could grow, connect, and be seen. Your support has meant more than I can put into words.

To every single person who stopped by the Vital Vines booth — THANK YOU! Whether you came to learn about my products, made a purchase, shared a kind word, or simply took the time to show support, I appreciate you.

And to everyone who showed up for my giveaway event… WOW. 🥹💚 Thank you for showing up for me and for Vital Vines.

But there’s a special thank-you to those of you who came back week after week. You became familiar faces, supporters, and a beautiful part of this chapter. Please stay connected with me as Vital Vines continues to grow! I’m working on building a website and expanding to other platforms where you’ll be able to conveniently find and purchase my products.

UBT has been life-changing for me and for Vital Vines. This experience challenged me, humbled me, encouraged me, and reminded me why I started in the first place.

This may be goodbye to UBT, but it is definitely not goodbye to the journey. 🌱

I don’t claim to be a baker, but one thing I've learned at my summer pop-up; Is when you make healthier options available, people are curious enough to try them. This is truly inspiring.

My Chocolate Beet Cake is a perfect example. I love watching someone try something they’ve never had before -whether they end up loving it or not. What excites me most is simply seeing people be open to trying something different.

Sometimes trying something new opens your world to people, places, and possibilities you might not have considered before.💗💗💗
