May is Mental Health Awareness Month 🧠 💚
One thing I don’t talk about enough is how much crafting helps my mental health. Life gets busy, stressful, overwhelming, and loud sometimes. . . especially while raising neurodivergent children and creating has become my way to slow down and create.
What started as a creative outlet turned into a small business built from late nights, learning new things, experimenting with ideas, and finding joy in making something with my hands.
Art and creativity can be such an underrated form of self-care and stress relief. For me, it’s my version of art therapy 🩷
