Most construction and install teams burn you out, treat you like a number, and offer zero path to move up. We do the exact opposite.

At AAA Blind & Shutter Factory, we’re a 20-person, owner-operated team. We manufacture our own premium solid-core poly shutters right here on the coast, and we need someone who takes immense pride in their craftsmanship to install them.

Here is the deal: We don’t just want a "body". We built this role to grow. You’ll start alongside our lead installer to learn our 5-star standard. Prove yourself, and you’ll be handed the keys to run your own truck and crew. (Fun fact: our current Operations Manager started as an Install Specialist). We promote from our own bench first).
