balsamic is so good! I drizzled this on a strawberry bruschetta with whipped honey ricotta and fresh basil two weeks ago for my sister’s baby shower. It was a big hit! One of my favorites is Umpqua cottage cheese, a garden fresh tomato slice, and fresh basil drizzled with this black garlic balsamic. Perfect summer snack! Go check out their booth at the strawberry festival! 🍓🧄 (that is not my photo of the bruschetta. I forgot to snap a pic of mine!)

Head down to the Strawberry festival and go see the booth! I used the Spanish Tahini Romesco sauce today, drizzled with some heavy cream, tossed with papparadelle pasta, parmesan and shrimp for lunch 🤤 While you are there, check out booth right next to it. Their black garlic balsamic is everything!!!!

When Cinco De Mayo falls on Taco Tuesday.. this is it. This is what we’ve been training for! Well, at least us foodies! Thankfully I worked in Salem today and was able to swing by the Mexican market to get all of this deliciousness for carne asada street tacos! The pastries though… 🤤 and the fresh made chicharrones!!!!
