Fine Consignments are now an important part of Interiors by Design. It all started with a few clients who moved to a new home
and needed different pieces to fit their new space. Many of the pieces they wanted to replace (aka sell) had been purchased through Wada King Interiors……operated at this location for 60 years until it’s closing in 2012. So we knew the quality was great. Some of the pieces were actually “new.” For example. a dining table & chairs which were unused when our clients sold their ranch and moved to a new home. Their new dining room required a table with a different size and shape. They asked if Interiors by Design could help find a “new home” for their dining set. We said “why not.”
It’s recycling at its finest! The original owner gets to select something which is perfect for their new space…..or for the style they enjoy now. The new owner gets a great bargain on high end quality home furnishings. Now the word is getting out in the community about our consignments.
