Yummmm. Applesauce. Apple butter. Cranapple butter. It smells so so good.
About 9 qts of apple slices cooked on low in crockpot overnight, blended down to 3 qts applesauce. After cooking a little more, I'll take out a couple jars of sauce, add sugar and spices, and let it cook down to apple butter. And repeat. Adding cranberries to some for our FAVORITE cranapple butter.

Started this at the beginning of the pandemic quarantine. Just now got around to sewing in all the ends (see pile of all the scrap ends) and ready to add the monkey lovey to the middle.
