Sparkling Waters Studios began with glass art, and I’m so grateful for the people who found my work through that medium. Over time, my creative practice has expanded into watercolor, digital prints, paper goods, and junk journal kits. Rather than starting over, I’m letting Sparkling Waters Studios grow with me. You’ll still see the color, sparkle, texture, and handmade joy that started here — just expressed through more mediums.

Did a little testing of my new Art is Soil watercolor palette. I wanted to try their watercolors for a long time, and I’m excited to be able to now. I shopped their recent sale and testing each one of these colors was very fun.

This is the first original piece I’ve completed since my dad passed. I don’t know how I feel about this piece as a whole, but there are a lot of individual flowers on here that I really like the final result of. This is the first time I’ve mixed watercolors, , guache from Himi, and a few other FUN art supplies like waterWands (watercolor pencils), the Brush with Fame and Broad Musical markers (opaque paint pens) from .

My dad passed away this week. It was completely unexpected and a huge shock to our family. Please bear with me on all orders. I don’t do many in-person shows these days, but I got the opportunity to set up a table at the ‘s Holiday Boutique. It’s in the back classroom space at the Art Center from now until December 18th. I’ve put out some of my glass jewelry, as well as some brand new water colored ornaments. I used all of my own watercolor on them, and they are a brand new item for this holiday season. Each one is one of a kind, and they are basically unbreakable (for all of those little ones out there!) I hope you get a chance to stop by and check out all of the Lodi artists and enjoy shopping small this season.
