Deviled Egg Pasta Salad

Ingredients:
• 8 oz elbow macaroni, cooked & cooled
• 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
• ½ cup mayo
• 1 tbsp mustard
• 1 tbsp pickle relish
• ½ tsp paprika
• Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Mix mayo, mustard, relish, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Add pasta and eggs, stir to coat.
3. Chill for 30 minutes before serving.

🧅 Crockpot French Onion Meatloaf

Ingredients

For the Meatloaf:

2 lbs ground beef (80/20 recommended)

1 packet French onion soup mix (Lipton)

1 cup crushed Ritz crackers or breadcrumbs

2 large eggs

½ cup milk

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

½ tsp garlic powder

½ tsp black pepper

1 small onion, finely diced (optional for extra onion flavor)

For the Crockpot Layer:

2 large yellow onions, sliced into rings

2 tbsp butter

For Topping (Optional but delicious):

½ cup beef gravy or ½ cup condensed French onion soup

4–6 slices provolone, Swiss, or mozzarella cheese

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Prep the Crockpot Base

1. Place sliced onions on the bottom of the crockpot.

2. Dot with butter so they caramelize as they cook.

Mix the Meatloaf

1. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, soup mix, crushed crackers, eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, pepper, and diced onion (if using).

2. Mix gently (do not overmix or it may become dense).

3. Shape into a loaf.

Place & Cook

1. Place the meatloaf on top of the onions in the slow cooker.

2. Spread a thin layer of beef gravy or condensed French onion soup on top (optional but adds flavor and moisture).

3. Cover and cook on:

Low for 6–7 hours, or

High for 3–4 hours, until internal temp reaches 160°F.

Add Cheese (optional)

1. About 10 minutes before serving, top with cheese slices.

2. Cover until melted and gooey.

Serve

Slice and serve with the caramelized onions and some extra gravy or drippings spooned over top.

Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

White German Chocolate Cake with a Cheesecake Center

This decadent cake features a creamy cheesecake layer nestled between soft white cake and topped with a rich coconut-pecan frosting—a showstopping dessert perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

For the Cheesecake Center:

16 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup granulated sugar

½ teaspoon vanilla extract

2 large eggs

For the White Cake:

1 box white cake mix (15.25 oz)

1 cup water

½ cup vegetable oil

3 large egg whites

For the Coconut-Pecan Frosting:

1 cup evaporated milk

1 cup granulated sugar

3 large egg yolks

½ cup unsalted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1½ cups sweetened shredded coconut

1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

1. Make the Cheesecake Layer:

Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C). Grease and line an 8-inch round cake pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla extract; beat until combined.

Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each.

Pour into prepared pan and bake for 35–40 minutes, or until set. Cool completely, then refrigerate until firm.

2. Make the White Cake:

Prepare the cake batter according to box instructions using water, oil, and egg whites.

Divide batter evenly between two 8-inch round cake pans.

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool completely.

3. Make the Frosting:

In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk together evaporated milk, sugar, egg yolks, and butter.

Cook, stirring constantly, until thickened (about 10 minutes).

4. Assemble the Cake:

2 cups fresh strawberries (washed, hulled, and sliced)
2 cups fresh raspberries
16 ounces raspberry jam, or preserves
2 cups heavy cream
¼ cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
A few fresh mint leaves, for garnish

2 (3.4-ounce) packages French vanilla pudding mix
4 cups whole milk
1 store-bought angel food cake, cut into 1-inch squares

8 ounces Cool Whip, divided in half

Ingredients:
- 2 cups crushed Butterfinger candy bars
- 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened
- 4 cups powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups chocolate chips (milk or semi-sweet)
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional, for smoother melting)

Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crushed Butterfinger candy bars and softened cream cheese. Mix well until fully combined.
2. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, stirring continuously until the mixture becomes thick and dough-like.
3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
4. Chill the balls in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to firm up.
