I am just finishing up teaching a interior design class at Utah State University. "RAPID VISULIZATION"
It has been fun revisiting the joy of teaching. I enjoyed sharing
the many rapid visualization techniques that I get to use on a daily basis as a Interior Designer. We had fun reviewing sketching, drawing, drafting, creating quick sketches and adding color. Here is a view of just a few of the exercises that students did. Its nice to "Sharpen One's Pencil" every once in a while.

Getting Inspired and relaxed while visiting Portland Oregon this Summer. We had a wonderful visit with our new Friends at the Bed and Breakfast. I learned many design ideas in the simplistic details that surrounded me.

Fried Yellow Crooked neck Squash. Its easy and I like it better than Friend Green Tomatoes
Tips on how to prepare:
slice squash
coat with
1/2 cup butter milk, 1 beaten egg
mix 1/2 cup cornmeal, 1/2 cup flour, salt, pepper
dash of garlic salt. Heat shortening in a pan and cook until browned to your liking.

WEEKEND COOKIN AT MARTHA'S VINEYARD. A favorite time of my year is the beginnings of Autumn. To be able to enjoy the lovely Sunday Lunch with simple recipes using basil, chives, parsley, oregano, arugula, orange cherry tomatos and beans freshly harvested from the garden,doesn't get much better.the

Today was a lazy Sunday Afternoon at Martha's Vineyard. We enjoyed a lovely concert. Amazing French music to accompany our inspisrtaion of the French Artists. It was all topped off with a lazy French Supper on the Back Porch.
