It has been too cold for me to set up at the Long Beach Art and Artisan Market including this upcoming weekend. That has not stopped me from creating though. I’m looking forward to warmer weather and setting up,with lots of new products.

All this crappy weather haven’t been able to get out and show my art. Can’t pour any canvases either as I do them outside and this cold and humidity make it so they don’t cure correctly. However, it has’t stopped my creativity. I have been busy in my art room. Here’s something I completed today.

It was too cold for me to got to market this past Sunday but I spent my time productively. I have made 3 new hostess sets. The butterfly set consists of a set of coasters, 4 napkin rings, 4 drink charms, a bottle charm, a bottle stopper, a trinket dish all in a matching wooden box ($70). The Sea turtle and Mah Jong sets have a set of coasters, trinket dish, bottle stopper and 4 drink charms in a matching wooden box($60).

Pet portraits are a wonderful gift any time of the year not just Christmas. This little girl is so loved I’ve had three requests for her likeness.

I’ve been in shell Christmas mode. All (and more) will be available starting this Saturday at the Long Beach Sailabration Market at the Town Green and then at the Long Beach Art and Artisan market on Sunday (weather permitting).
