House to home. This transformation is such a good example of why the finishing layers matter.
We started with beautiful architectural details and pieces the homeowners already owned, but the rooms felt unfinished and disconnected. By reworking the furniture placement and layering in new rugs, lighting, art, accessories, texture and contrast, the entire first floor began to feel intentional and pulled together.
And I love that we didn’t have to replace everything to make a big impact. Sometimes great design is knowing what to keep, what to change, and what’s missing.

Scroll down to see the before!

This staircase got a whole new look with warm wood railings and sleek black spindles, replacing the traditional railing with cleaner lines and a beautiful contrast against the soft white walls. The subtly textured carpet adds softness and warmth underfoot—a cozy balance to the clean lines of the wood railings and black spindles.

But my favorite part? We let the lighting be the artwork. Four glass-globe sconces against a rich, earthy accent wall bring dimension and a little unexpected drama to this tall space—without a single picture frame or piece of decorative paneling.

The black details in the sconces tie back to the new spindles, while the warm metal accents complement the wood. Every detail works together, turning a space you simply pass through into one worth noticing. 🤍

Before and After Spotlight
We completely gutted this primary bath and transformed it into a stunning, spa-like retreat. My client envisioned a calming space with a natural, organic feel—and the beautiful stone selections do all the talking. Layered with warm, organic elements, the result is a bathroom that feels both luxurious and inviting. An everyday escape, right at home. 🤍

One of my favorite parts of interior design is watching an idea that started on paper actually come to life.
For this fireplace wall, we began with a detailed design plan—working through the proportions, fireplace placement, mantel, recessed TV area, stone, custom shelving, lighting, and that gorgeous fluted wood accent wall.
Then came the construction phase, when you have to trust the process. 😅
And finally… this.
Seeing all of those individual decisions come together exactly as envisioned is the best part. I love the warmth the wood brings against the lighter stone, and the integrated lighting makes the shelving feel so special.
There is a LOT that happens between the first drawing and the finished space—and this is why thoughtful planning and detailed design matter.

Sometimes you don’t need to completely start over to completely transform a space. The right color, updated hardware, and a few thoughtful changes gave this kitchen an entirely new look.
We are SO excited with how beautifully it turned out! 🤍
And a huge thank you to my amazing clients for trusting the process and trusting me with their home.

Bathroom refresh! From builder basic to beautiful!
Swipe to see the before! ➡️

This kids' bathroom went from dark wood cabinetry, plain tile, and builder-grade finishes to a space that's bright, timeless, and full of personality.
We updated it with: 💙 Gorgeous handcrafted blue tile 🤍 Cambria Everleigh quartz countertops 🎨 and a creamy beige paint - Updated fixtures and hardware and MAGIC ✨ Fresh, classic finishes that will grow with the family for years to come
The best part? It still feels fun and kid-friendly while being sophisticated enough to last long enough to the teenage years.

Project Sneak Peek!

One of my favorite things about designing kids' spaces is creating rooms that invite imagination, movement, creativity, and a whole lot of fun. 💜

This basement playroom is still a work in progress, but I couldn't resist sharing a few sneak peeks!

A cozy reading nook tucked beneath the stairs with hanging sensory swings and built-in bookshelves.

A creative maker station where little artists can dream, build, color, and create.

An interactive Lite-Brite-inspired wall that's as much art as it is play.

A gallery wall filled with playful, oversized artwork to bring personality and smiles into the space.

The goal was to design more than just a playroom—we wanted to create a place where these kids can read, imagine, create, swing, build, and simply be kids. My guy Adrien with New Age Renovations really did an amazing job taking my vision and building it out.

There are still a few finishing touches to come, and I can't wait to share the completed reveal. Stay tuned... it's only getting better! 💙💜

We completed the room with a Karen Schwalb Ross original. This piece of art, titled "Circles" was made for my clients. Karen, your baby found a great home and look how happy it is!!!

When my client described the feeling she wanted for her bedroom, two words kept coming up: moody and romantic.
The goal wasn't just to create a beautiful room—it was to create a retreat. A space that feels cozy at the end of a long day, layered with rich textures, warm lighting, and just the right amount of drama.
The dark accent wall creates depth and intimacy, while the soft upholstered bed, plush textiles, and warm brass accents keep the room feeling inviting and serene.
Design isn't just about how a room looks. It's about how it makes you feel. And this room feels like a deep breath at the end of the day.
