One of the very first things we do with prospective ADU clients is help them visualize what’s possible.

Before you invest in architectural plans or make any big decisions, we want to make sure our vision aligns with yours. During our FREE initial consultation, we can use tools like AI-assisted concept renderings to help you picture what a future ADU could look like on your property. When helpful, we can even stake out the approximate footprint in your yard so you can actually see and feel the size of the space.

“We don’t want an ADU… we just want a tiny house.” 🏡

Our answer? Absolutely!

While we’re known for building ADUs, we also build small homes that serve as the primary residence. In fact, that’s exactly what’s happening on this vacant lot!

The biggest challenge usually isn’t building the home—it’s finding the right piece of land.

This lot became available after the original home was lost in a fire, creating the perfect opportunity for a fresh start. And here’s a couple of tips if you’re thinking about doing the same:

✔️ Look for a lot that already has water, sewer, and electric on site. Existing utilities can save a significant amount of money and time.

✔️ If the property is in an HOA, be sure to check the covenants. Many HOAs have minimum square footage requirements, so not every neighborhood will allow a tiny home.

Our best advice? Team up with a local Realtor who knows the area and can help you find those hidden gem lots.

The lower level is a 3+ car garage 🚗🚙 with vehicle lift and massive accordion doors that open wide to create an incredible indoor-outdoor entertaining space. ☀️🍔 Upstairs, the ADU feels like a luxury loft with a gourmet kitchen 🍽️, an open-concept living room 🛋️, a Juliet balcony 🌿, a spacious primary suite with a private ensuite 🛁, and a mezzanine that’s ready for movie nights 🎬, game days 🏈, overnight guests 🛏️, or whatever the weekend brings.

We popped the top on an underused outbuilding to create a warm, welcoming home with a whole new purpose.

This project was designed with family in mind. The homeowners moved into the newly converted ADU, while their parents remain in the existing single-story home where they can comfortably age in place.
Everyone has their own space, while still being just steps away from one another.

The new home features a spacious primary suite with an ensuite and walk-in closet, plus a loft and catwalk that add more than 250 square feet of flexible living space.

Sometimes the best renovations aren't just about adding square footage—they're about creating a home that works for every generation. ❤️

The aerial shots really tell the story — this ADU creates the perfect transitional home for the family while the primary house undergoes a major renovation. And later? It can easily transition into a long-term rental or guest space. 🙌

This mountain beauty features 2 bedrooms surrounding an incredible second-story deck with accordion doors for seamless indoor-outdoor living. ☀️🌲

And downstairs… a MASSIVE garage with 2-story vehicle storage plus an awesome workshop space perfect for woodworking and hobbies. 🛠️🚙
