Each location is also equipped with a 24-hour answering service who will reach the owner you wish to speak with at any time. Every proposal and installation is accompanied with seaming diagrams. Floor Seals: Commonly used to eliminate odors from pet or mildew damage. Sub-Floors: Cracked or soft spots in gypcrete that may result from structural problems. We use 3/8" or 1/2" CDX plywood applied over the existing floor with 3" dry wall screws, screwed to the existing sub floor or joists. We also have a state-certified gypcrete expert who can handle all your second or third floor structural repairs. Carpet Repairs: Partial Units, Seaming Repairs...Whatever it is you can count on us for a professional repair. Patches: Iron Burns, Chemical Stains, Mud spots, We've got you covered. Re-Stretches: After time apartments may need to have the carpet re-stretched. We can quickly and easily re-stretch any size unit, and in some cases it is even covered by your House of Floors 1-Year Installation Warranty. Clubhouses & Leasing Offices: Commercial Carpet, Designer Broadloom, Stone or Ceramic we can even take care of moving the furniture for you.
