If you had to describe my personality in a handful of things, it would probably be something like…

🌵 a little Western
🌱 obsessed with plants
🍳 always thinking about food
🏡 happiest at home
👩‍👦 mama life
🎨 always wanting to make something
🤎 and probably a little bit of chaos thrown in for good measure 😂

And honestly, I think The Sweet Spur is finally going to reflect all of that.

I’ve spent a lot of time trying to figure out what a “business” is supposed to look like.

But maybe it doesn't have to look like everyone else's.

Maybe it can just look like me.

And that's exactly what I'm going for. 🤎

One thing I’ve realized while figuring out this next chapter of The Sweet Spur…

I don’t want to make things just to have something to sell.

I want to make things that feel personal, thoughtful, and true to what I love. Things I’d be excited to give as gifts, keep close, or have around my own home. 🤎

Things that feel cozy. Things that feel special. Things that make everyday life just a tiny bit sweeter.

That’s always been the heart of The Sweet Spur, even when I didn’t have the words for it.

And I think I finally do. 🌸

I’m building this around the things I genuinely love… and I’m SO excited to show you what that looks like. 👀🌵

Okay y’all… I’ve been keeping a little secret. 🤎🌵

The Sweet Spur is getting a little makeover. 🥹

If you’ve been here for a while, you know this little business started as my home bakery. I loved baking and creating things for people, but life looks a LOT different now with a newborn, and I’ve had to really think about what I want The Sweet Spur to look like in this season of my life.

I don't want to give away too much just yet 👀 but I will say… it’s going to be a little more me.

A little Western. A little homemaking. A little creativity. A little bit of the things I love.

The name isn't changing. The heart behind it isn't changing. And I still want everything I make to have that same homemade, from-the-heart feeling. 🤎

I’m really excited about where this is going, and I hope y’all will stick around while I figure it all out and bring you along with me.

Something new is coming to The Sweet Spur… and I have a feeling y’all are gonna love it. 🌸🌵

🤎🍪 The Sweet Spur Update 🍪🤎

After being on a break since November, I am getting excited to finally reopen The Sweet Spur this summer! 💙👶

Our little boy is expected to arrive sometime in mid to late June, so I'm extending my break just a little longer to focus on welcoming our newest family member and adjusting to life as a family of four.

Lord willing, The Sweet Spur will officially be back up and running the second week of July! 🧁✨

I know it's been a long wait, and I can't thank you all enough for your patience, support, and continued encouragement while I've been away. Your kindness means the world to me and my family.

The ovens may be quiet right now, but the chocolate chip cookies, brownies, and blueberry muffins will be making their comeback soon, along with some new menu items. 🤠🍪🫐

Thank you for sticking with me through this season of life. I can't wait to get back in the kitchen and bake for y'all again!
