Ingredients

2 carrots
2 tablespoons chopped red onion
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
Sesame seeds to taste
For the Dressing
1 garlic clove, minced
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons vinegar (white wine vinegar preferred)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

1. Prepare the carrots

Wash and peel the carrots.

Using a vegetable peeler, shave them into long thin ribbons.

Place them in a bowl.

2. Add the vegetables

Add the chopped red onion, green onions, and sesame seeds.

Toss gently.

3. Make the dressing

In a small bowl, combine:

Garlic
Red pepper flakes
Olive oil
Vinegar
Soy sauce
Honey

Whisk until well combined.

4. Assemble

Pour the dressing over the carrot ribbons.

PASSION FRUIT AND STRAWBERRY CHILLED DESSERT 🍓💛

Ingredients

Passion Fruit Cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 carton heavy cream (or 2 cartons for a less sweet dessert and a larger yield)
1 packet passion fruit drink mix
Lemon juice to taste (optional)
Strawberry Cream
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 carton heavy cream (or 2 cartons for a less sweet dessert and a larger yield)
1 packet strawberry drink mix
Lemon juice to taste (optional)

Instructions

1. Make the passion fruit cream

Add the condensed milk, heavy cream, and passion fruit drink mix to a blender.

Blend for about 2 minutes until smooth and thick.

If desired, add a little lemon juice for a fresher flavor and firmer texture.

Set aside.

2. Make the strawberry cream

Rinse the blender.

Add the condensed milk, heavy cream, and strawberry drink mix.

Blend for about 2 minutes until smooth and creamy.

Add a little lemon juice if desired.

3. Assemble the dessert

In a serving dish or individual cups, spread a layer of passion fruit cream.

Add a layer of strawberry cream.

Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.

4. Chill

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. Season the steak

Pat the steak strips dry with paper towels.

Season with paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

2. Prepare the glaze

In a bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.

Mix until well blended.

3. Sear the steak

Heat the olive oil in a grill pan over medium-high heat.

150 ml milk

150 g chocolate
125 ml milk
Chilling Time

Instructions

1. Prepare the base

Break the cookies into medium-sized pieces and set aside.

In a saucepan, combine the 200 g chocolate and 150 ml milk.

Heat over low heat, stirring until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.

Remove from the heat and mix in the cookie pieces until evenly coated.

4 thick-cut pork chops (boneless or bone-in)
4 pineapple rings (canned in juice)
1/2 cup reserved pineapple juice
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the oven

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

2. Sear the pork chops

Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.

Season both sides with salt and black pepper.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Sear the pork chops for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden brown.

1 smoked sausage (calabresa style), diced
1 chopped onion
2 garlic cloves
1 liter water
Salt to taste

SIMPLE, QUICK AND FLAVORFUL SALAD 🥗

Ingredients

1 chayote squash
1 carrot
Green beans to taste
Salt to taste
Olive oil to taste
Vinegar to taste
Lemon juice to taste
Dried seasonings to taste
Black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the vegetables

Wash the chayote well and slice it into thin pieces.

Slice the carrot using a mandoline and cut the green beans into larger pieces.

2. Cook

Add a pinch of salt and only add the vegetables once the water is boiling.

Ingredients

Chicken thighs and drumsticks
Crushed garlic to taste
1/2 grated onion
1 tablespoon annatto powder (paprika coloring)
Hot paprika to taste
Lemon pepper to taste
Onion and garlic seasoning to taste
Salt to taste
4 tablespoons vinegar
Juice of 1 orange
1 orange, sliced

Instructions

1. Season the chicken

Place the chicken pieces in a large bowl.

Add the garlic, grated onion, annatto powder, hot paprika, lemon pepper, onion and garlic seasoning, salt, and vinegar.

Mix very well so all the chicken pieces are evenly coated with seasoning.

2. Marinate

Pour in the orange juice and mix again.

Cover the bowl and let the chicken marinate for at least 2 hours to absorb all the flavors.

3. Arrange in the baking dish

Place the chicken pieces in a baking dish.

Arrange the orange slices between the pieces to add extra flavor and aroma while roasting.

4. Bake

Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 50 minutes to 1 hour.

Turn the chicken halfway through cooking so it browns evenly.

5. Finish and serve
