CHICKEN TERIYAKI SMASH TACOS WITH GRILLED PINEAPPLE 🍍🌮🔥

I know you’ve seen the viral smash tacos all over your FYP but trust me, this sticky teriyaki chicken with grilled pineapple version is about to be your new favorite!

The star of the show is Kogi Sweet Garlic Teriyaki sauce, brushed over smashed ground chicken and caramelized right in the pan for the most sticky, sweet, savory glaze.

If you’re from LA you probably already know about the Kogi food truck that Chef Roy Choi started back in 2008 and basically kicked off an entire food truck movement. Now the sauces are available at Costco locations across LA for a limited time! 🙌🏽
