One thing I love about living and designing in LA is that there is a neighborhood for every vibe. The Venice Vibe is more contemporary, quirky, and anything but boring! Just wrapped up the sweetest recrafted residence in Mar Vista. Perfect and ready for its next family to make new memories! As always, the kitchen is my favorite part of the home, as I personally need the open space to interact with family or guest or just watch while I meal prep. So sue me!! Wishing everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving!! Insanely grateful for another amazing year in business and life. We wouldn’t be able to do what we do without our most amazing clients, the incredible builders, and the absolute hero vendors we work with. I hope everyone remembers what is most important around the holidays, the humans we spend our lives with. At the end of it all, it’s really fun to create beautiful homes for people to spend their lives in, and that is something special I will never take for granted. But above all, working and building connections and relationships with everyone from the plumber to the lighting vendors to the clients themselves, that’s that s**t I really love 😉 now excuse me while I squeeze all my family members who I love the absolute most!!!

Our latest Spanish Spec in Mar Vista was completed and purchased just in time for the new owners to host for the holidays and who wouldn’t want to host the holidays here?! I certainly wouldn’t mind! How is everybody feeling about the fast approaching holidays?! We always host Thanksgiving and I personally cannot wait!!

A few photos from our recently completed Traditional Spec in Mar Vista 🤍 This one got snatched up before completion and we can’t wait to get working on furniture with the new owners!! We’ve had a bit of a waiting game as they waited to see what they could pull from their Palisades home, but we are finally in sourcing mode and are excited to make this truly feel like home for them!

Classic - Serene - Layered. Neutral doesn’t have to mean boring! Cozy and peaceful is the environment we personally need to refuel after a crazy day in LA! As much as I love color, I’d rather bring it in with accessories and artwork, that way I can change ‘er up with my ever changing moods 🤣 We are still obsessed with this Primary Bathroom we designed at a spec home in Mar Vista 🤍

These sunny (almost) summer days have me feeling some type of way…and that type of way is that I just want endless weekend pool parties and lazy days in the sun 🤣 If you can’t admit that the first bits of summer feels a lot like ‘I wanna quit my job and go get margaritas’ then you are a LIAR!! But if I can’t do that then I’ll just share this home we designed that is the perfect summer entertaining spot!
