📝 Ingredients:
- 2 zucchinis (courgettes), grated

- 50g (1/2 cup) grated hard cheese

- 70g (2/3 cup) flour

For the Greek Yogurt Sauce:
- Greek yogurt
- 2 cucumbers, finely chopped
- 3 olives, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced

1. Prepare the Zucchini and Potato:
- Grate the zucchinis and sprinkle with salt. Let them sit for 10 minutes to release water.
- Grate the potato and drain excess water from both the zucchinis and potato.
2. Combine Ingredients:
- In a bowl, mix the drained zucchinis, potato, semolina, milk, parsley, dill, and red pepper.
- Add grated cheese, eggs, flour, and baking powder. Mix everything until you get a smooth batter.
