This is the only bread I make. I have a cast iron pot, never grease it or flour it. Bread slips out and I lightly butter the top. For the final step; I have found 7 minutes is enough with pan uncovered. This bread is so much better and safer than grocery store brands. No preservatives in it; but I do use mine in a 3 days. French toast is awesome..
