Potato Salad
Ingredients:
2 pounds of potatoes
1 cup of mayonnaise
1 tablespoon of mustard
1/2 cup of diced celery
1/2 cup of diced onion
1/4 cup of chopped pickles
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika for garnish
Directions:
1. Boil the potatoes until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let cool.
2. Once cool, peel and dice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
3. In a large bowl, mix the mayonnaise, mustard, celery, onion, pickles, salt, and pepper.
4. Add the diced potatoes to the dressing and gently mix until well coated.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
6. Garnish with paprika before serving.
