When I think about the heart of a home, I always come back to the kitchen.
For this Palisades rebuild, I wanted it to feel warm and grounded from the moment you walk in. Rich walnut, natural stone, soft light, and enough space for everyone to gather without the room ever feeling too formal or precious.
Beautiful, yes, but also comfortable. A kitchen where mornings begin slowly, friends stay longer than expected, and life naturally happens around the island.
Watching this home take shape feels especially meaningful. It is a reminder that rebuilding is not only about creating something new, but about restoring a sense of home, belonging, and possibility.
