From the ground up. From the ashes up.
This is what we built in Pacific Palisades — a complete custom rebuild, every inch designed and constructed from scratch. Wide plank oak floors that run from the living room straight out to the view. A kitchen where the Pacific Ocean is your backdrop while you cook. A rooftop terrace where the whole city stretches out below you. A pool courtyard where inside and outside become the same thing.
When the fires came through this neighborhood, they took everything. What goes up after is more than a structure — it’s a statement that this place matters, that the people who will live here matter, and that beauty is worth fighting for.
We are proud of this one. And we are proud to be part of the Palisades coming back.
