This popular hand-made bao the inside of the dumpling also contains a small amount of rich, delicious soup broth. Here is my simple home-made recipe .

1 lb ground Chicken
1/4 Finely chopped Carrots
1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 Tsp grated ginger
1 Tsp Garlic Powder
1 Tsp Black Ground Pepper
1 Cup Finely sliced Green Onions

1 1/2 Cup Chicken stock ( add more seasoning according to your preference )
1 Tbsp Light Soy sauce
1 Tbsp unflavored Gelatin
2 Pack Dumpling Wrapper ( pre-made )
Instructions:
Simmer Chicken Stock , add the soy sauce and then sprinkle the gelatin . Mix thoroughly with a whisk . Transfer to container . Let it cool down. Refrigeratr for 6 hours to overnight .
Finely slice gelatin stock . ( Minced )
Mix all ingredients ,then lastly add the gelatin stock .
Scoop one full tablespoon of mix to each dumpling wrapper . Pleat and fold . ( See Videos)
Steam for 15 to 18 mins .
Serve hot !
