🦇🕸️Spooky season is finally upon us! So I’m rebranding to fit my year-round spooky vibes!

✨This month I’ll be re-releasing bookmarks into my Etsy shop, now double sided and laminated!

💃🏻Additionally, I’ll be adding Kindle backings for clear cases!

🖤And last but not least, I’ve been working on some new crochet patterns to add to my Etsy, Ribblr, and Ravelry!!!

$1 Patterns!? She must be crazy 😜

To put it simply, I have gone a little crazy hahaha. As a small business owner it can be really discouraging seeing low sales, especially when you spend money to have a product listed. I know I’m not the only one who struggles with Etsy. I won’t go into the gritty details, but it’s hard not to measure your self worth against the low traffic and sometimes non existent sales 🤦🏻‍♀️ But I know my stuff is good! I’m not throwing a pity party 😂 Just being honest because I know I’m not alone in the small business struggle.

I’ve been on Etsy since 2018, and in the last few years I’ve paid more in fees than I’ve earned. I’m not blaming Etsy, it’s just not quite helping me reach any goals. Even when I paid for ads….I got 3 views and 0 sales 👀

So I’m considering this a fire sale. I may keep the shop up for a time after the sale ends, but truthfully I’ve had more success on Ribblr and Ravelry this year alone than I’ve had on Etsy in 5 years. It might time to trim the fat. Hopefully this sale will boost revenue and put me back in Etsy’s algorithm as someone worth including in search results!

I’m not great with content creation and consistency, which I know these days is the biggest way to be seen in the vast sea of wonderful crochet artists that have emerged. I try, I really do. But depression and anxiety often win the battle 🤷🏻‍♀️ But I’m ✨working on it✨
