🛒 Ingredients
🍅 Base
• 2 cups crushed tomatoes
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
• ½ tsp paprika
• ½ tsp cumin
• Salt & black pepper
🧀 Add-ins
• ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled 🧀
• ¼ cup olives, sliced
• Fresh herbs (parsley or basil) 🌿
🍳 Eggs
• 4 eggs
✨ Optional
• Chili flakes 🌶️
• Warm bread for serving
👩🍳 Directions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F
2️⃣ Heat olive oil, sauté garlic → add tomatoes + spices → simmer 5–7 minutes
3️⃣ Pour into baking dish
4️⃣ Make small wells and crack eggs into them
5️⃣ Add feta & olives on top
6️⃣ Bake 10–15 minutes until eggs are set to your liking
