It’s more than “just painful periods.”
It’s the exhaustion, the heavy bleeding, the constant discomfort, and trying to function through it all like everything is normal.

For anyone going through it, you’re not being dramatic, and your pain is valid.

Some days are harder than others, but we keep showing up anyway.
