Today is World Health Day 🌿

In a world that moves quickly—especially in our industry—it’s a good reminder that health isn’t just physical… it’s mental, emotional, and creative too.

Floral design has a unique way of supporting all three. There’s something powerful about working with your hands, being surrounded by natural elements, and creating something beautiful from start to finish. It gives us a moment to slow down, focus, and reset.

As designers, we often spend so much time taking care of our customers, our teams, and our businesses—but today is a gentle reminder to take care of you too.

Maybe that looks like:
• Stepping away for a few minutes of fresh air
• Taking time away from your shop to attend a floral design show
• Trying a new technique that sparks creativity
• Or simply giving yourself a little breathing room in a busy day

Floral design isn’t just what we do—it can also be part of how we stay balanced, inspired, and well.
