Hey friends! We are THRILLED to host our first ever holiday pop-up shop! Come celebrate with us for the opening of our beautiful new Hang Steady headquarters, while shopping handmade works by incredible local artists. Enjoy some refreshments and an excessive amount of holiday cheer! This pop-up is for art lovers, pottery addicts, jewelry enthusiasts, designers, mug collectors and anyone who appreciates things made by hand.

Just show it all off— discolored edges and all! If you’ve got a beautiful, but old and worn vintage piece, float it in a modern display and flaunt the age! I love that our clients also chose this beautiful hand finished maple frame. It’s simple, timeless and those rounded corners not only accent the curves in the piece, but they hint at a very retro vibe 😎✌️.

Not to play favorites or anything 🤫, but this amazing frame, handmade by our good friend and artisan partner is one of my absolute favorite frame profile designs IN EXISTENCE. The finish was customized on this one to pair perfectly with the rad David Lance Goines poster. Swipe for more 👉 . Just a simple float mount and a classy, thin, hardwood cherry frame for this bloody fun print 😈🍊. Coloring of cherry wood can vary pretty WILDLY, but we always put some extra care and time into sourcing the lumber to get the right match for the project. It doesn’t always work out perfectly, but I think this one is pretty 👌👌.

I’ll admit it, I have a major soft spot for portraits. Not just any, though- they have to convey some serious emotion to pull me into their story. This one that we framed for an amazing local artist really struck me and I had such a hard time saying goodbye to her 😭. @ Hang Steady
