This is what $65,000,000 looks like in Bel Air…
10830 Chalon Road just listed, and is unlike anything else on the market.
Set directly above the Bel-Air Country Club with sweeping golf course views, this newly built architectural estate called for something extraordinary. So we brought in three top designers , and who approached this project with a contemporary wabi sabi concept — a sophisticated earth tone palette of light oak, travertine, deep velvets, neutral bouclés, teak, natural leathers, reclaimed wood and hints of brass.
Almost everything was custom or imported. Artwork was hand-made and sized specifically for each wall. Outdoor teak tables were custom built, some stretching 12 to 14 feet long. Antique Persian rugs, ceramic planters and reclaimed wood pieces were sourced to balance the natural oak floors and stone throughout.
And then there’s the wall to wall travertine stone spa. Every single detail carefully curated. This isn’t your regular staging. This is a true show-stopping Bel Air estate.
