We weren’t kidding around when we said that this whole inflation thing had gone too damn far - and we vowed to do something about it!

We all know by now that our so-called “leaders” are robbing America blind, making backroom deals that line their own pockets while the rest of us have to work harder and harder just to make ends meet.

These past few years of endless trade wars, immature threats, and childish posturing caused our suppliers (of everything from lumber to fabric) to nervously double their prices practically overnight, which also forced our own prices up uncomfortably high. And we hated it.

Clad Home was NEVER meant to be a brand for just an elite few. When we launched in 2015 we democratized the entire furniture industry by bringing high end custom furniture - once the domain of fancy interior designers only - to EVERYONE! So a few months ago we decided that we’d had enough, and we spent months re-negotiating every single contract with every single vendor and supplier, shaving off 1% here and 3% there, going out of our way to find and open up new supply chains, and just basically doing literally whatEVER we had to do to get our prices back to where we knew they needed to be.

This is our Peyton wing bed upholstered in a cozy plaid woolen for Stephanie Ballard. Designing in a mountain town can look like a lot of river rock and antlers, but Steph does such a good job of layering soft and beautiful elements in the interiors of her clients’ Colorado homes.
