Designing in Los Angeles + beyond The central belief behind Stay Interiors is that beautifully designed spaces improve our daily lives. Nishia designs all areas of the home with this in mind, whether it is creating a nursery from a home office, a spare bedroom into a guest suite retreat, a neglected dining room into a place where the family gathers, a dated bathroom into a relaxing oasis.

We elevated the main bathroom at Project by pairing a gorgeous Calacatta Viola marble with a deep walnut vanity (those chunky lil feet!). Then the shower has timeless cream tile with a bit of unexpected color in the yellow. A bit of joy in every detail!

This powder bathroom was a new addition and we wanted to have some fun in here. I don’t know if I can choose a favorite detail: the bold wallpaper, minty green faucet, or the LEGO flowers!

The corner of this living room is one of my favorites. A chunky knit rug, linen curtains, and velvet chair add the texture and warmth, while the vintage lamp adds an unexpected color to the mix.

A beautiful built-in moment to anchor the room and fill it with alllll the collected and pretty things.

It feels like it’s going to be a 2 iced lattes kinda day! I love designing special little moments like this for clients. They’re big espresso lovers so having a dedicated area for their machine and supplies was high on the wish list.

Little kitchen, big details! I wanted the little kitchenette in Project to hold its own in the open space. With an earthy greenish brown for the cabinets, a double bullnose countertop profile, and some fun lighting and hardware, it checks off all the boxes. ✔️

When the pool house is this good, you’re sure to have the place that everyone wants to hang out in rain or shine!

A fresh pink bathroom that instantly makes you smile! This bathroom from Project layers warm pinks, natural wood, and handmade textures that give the space plenty of personality without feeling overly sweet.

The subtle tonal variation in the glazed terracotta tile and two-tone cabinets keep this kitchen feeling fresh, balanced, and inviting.
