In Los Angeles, the outdoors naturally become an extension of the indoors, which made the exterior design the perfect final phase of this whole home project. From the outdoor dining space to the fire pit lounge, every detail was designed for effortless hosting and year-round indoor-outdoor living.

A lesson in intentional restraint: We used the same tile glaze throughout the bathroom (walls, floors, + countertop) while playing with different square sizes. Then layered in warm white oak, dark bronze, and rust-hued accents for an overall calming vibe.

Before & After of this Los Angeles exterior transformation

A once beige facade with heavy detailing is now clean, intentional, and grounded. We simplified the architecture and focused on contrast and material: dark green shutters, a poppy orange front door, board and batten detail, and a custom tile entry. Native, drought-tolerant landscaping was planted to soften the edges and tie in the color palette for that curb appeal!
