Dear Friends, It's been an interesting year. Let's leave it at that. We at SPaCe are thankful that we are all healthy and still productive despite the circumstances. Wishing you all a heathy holiday season and a hopeful and happy 2021.

FINALLY!!!! This is what we needed from arguably the last remaining fathers of ALTA MODA fashion. As a designer of these boutiques, in my career, I've watched architectural retail trends go from a 7 year cycles, to 5, to 3 to 2-6 month pop-ups. Absolutely absurd! We design and build space like most people change go through pairs of shoes. I hope this is a lesson to all in this "sick'" business. Many of my colleagues and my mentors (Rocco Magnoli and Lorenzo Carmellini of Spatium) have been commenting and seeing this tidal wave coming for decades, as I'm sure Mr. Armani did before all of us. Hence his slowdown in spending on extravagant retail construction in the past years. I really hope his words will spread like a virus though this industry, even if it means less work for us. In fact, I welcome it. Grazie Sig. Armani!
