bob’s big boy strawberry pie (copycat): bake pie crust and let cool, combine sugar, cornstarch, lemon-lime soda, and water in a saucepan and cook until thickened, remove from heat and stir in strawberry gelatin until dissolved, let mixture cool slightly, place fresh strawberries in the baked crust, pour glaze over the top to coat evenly, refrigerate until set, serve with whipped cream, prep time 15 minutes cook time 10 minutes chill time 2–4 hours total time about 2 hours 25 minutes
