Pa-Nang Curry with roasted sweet potatoes
2 medium size of sweet potatoes
2medium size of yam
2-4 Beets
Peels and cut in small size
2 small bar of tofu and cut small
1 can coconut milk (13 oz )
1-2 tbsp of Panang curry paste 5 cup of water
Instructions
1.Potatoes Roasted ready
2.Heat up 0.5 cup coconut milk add Panang Curry Paste simmer unit fragrant
3.Add the rest of coconut milk and water let it boil for 1-2 minutes
Add roasted potatoes let it boil
Add Tofu cook for minute
Ready to serve !!

Kao Soi beef 1. Cook Pa-bang curry paste in coconut milk
2. Add Chunk beef and simmer
3. Add more coconut milk and water
4. Seasoning with palm sugar and salt
5. Add more turmeric powder
6. Simmer until beef tender
7. Cook eggs noodles 2 ways boiled noodles and crispy noodles
8. Assemble your noodles and broth together.
