Lemon Ricotta Cookies�These easy and delectably delicious Lemon Ricotta Cookies are bursting with fresh citrus flavor! With a soft and airy texture and the perfect balance of tangy to sweet, these yummy cookies are like little bites of sunshine!

Ingredients (measured by weight for accuracy):�Lemon Ricotta Cookies:
* 75g (⅓ cups) unsalted butter, room temperature
* 200g (1 cup) granulated sugar
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* 1 egg, room temperature
* 250g (1 cup) creamy full-fat ricotta cheese (drained if watery), room temperature
* 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
* Zest of 1 lemon
* 185g (1½ cups) all-purpose flour, sifted
* 1 tsp baking powder
* ¼ tsp salt

Lemon Glaze:
* 90g (¾ cup) powdered sugar
* 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
* Optional: extra lemon zest for garnish

- 1 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon

For the glaze:
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2-3 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

🍰 Russian Cheese Cake Recipe 🍰

🔸 Ingredients:
7 oz Butter
1.5 tsp Baking Powder
2 cups All-Purpose Flour
17.6 oz Sour Cream
4 Eggs
1.06 oz Vanilla Sugar
1 Vanilla Pod
5 tbsp Sugar

🔹 Instructions:
1️⃣ In a bowl, mix softened butter with flour and baking powder. Add sugar and eggs. Knead the dough until it resembles breadcrumbs.
2️⃣ Grease a detachable cake pan with butter. Transfer the dough into the pan, spreading it evenly and forming high edges (around 2.5-2.75 inches) along the sides. This is crucial for the cake, as it will rise during baking.

Hi, this is "Easy Cooking With Lada"!
Today I will teach you how to make a brand new recipe - Chocolate egg halves stuffed with ricotta cheese and decorated with sprinkles and jelly beans. It's an easy-to-follow recipe:

Grease the egg-shaped mold with melted butter.
Melt chocolate chips (dark/milk/semi-sweet).
Grease the mold with the chocolate, then freeze in the freezer for approximately 1 hour.
Mix ricotta with honey.
Add honey-coated corn flakes with sliced almonds. Mix again.
Fill the chocolate halves with the mixture.
Decorate with jelly beans and green sprinkles.
Enjoy!
P.S. In my opinion, it's more convenient to eat them with a spoon or fork, rather than with bare hands. Otherwise, it may get messy due to the melting chocolate.
