**Ingredients:**
π 12 oz penne pasta
π₯© 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces

π§ 4 cloves garlic, minced

1/2 medium onion, finely diced
π§ Salt & cracked black pepper, to taste
πΏ 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

1 cup tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes
π₯ 1 cup heavy cream
π 1/2 cup beef broth or pasta water
π§ 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
π§ Optional: 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella for extra creaminess
πΏ Optional: chopped parsley or basil
**Directions:**
1οΈβ£ Cook penne according to package directions; drain and set aside.
2οΈβ£ Season steak with salt and cracked black pepper.
3οΈβ£ Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat; sear steak until browned to your liking. Remove and set aside.
4οΈβ£ In the same skillet, melt butter and sautΓ© onion until soft, then add garlic and cook 30 seconds until fragrant.
5οΈβ£ Stir in tomato sauce, heavy cream, and beef broth; simmer 4β5 minutes until creamy and smooth.
6οΈβ£ Add Parmesan (and mozzarella if using) and stir until melted and glossy.
7οΈβ£ Return steak to the skillet and toss gently to coat in the sauce.
8οΈβ£ Add cooked penne and mix until fully coated in the creamy tomato sauce.
