It is always rewarding when projects turn out as they were originally conceptualized, especially when so much planning goes into giving apartment buildings a real personality. Here are images of the initial rendering for an apartment lobby and how it was finally realized.

Although I am quoted, I absolutely cannot remember being acknowledged by Rakks a few years ago.
