π₯π¦ 2-Ingredient Mango Ice Cream Sandwiches β handheld summer in a bite. βοΈ
This is what I make when I want ice cream sandwiches without the sugar coma. Two ingredients for the filling, graham crackers around it, coconut flakes on the edges. Cool, fruity, creamy, ridiculously easy.
You'll need:
π₯ 2 cups frozen mango
π₯ 1 cup Greek yogurt
πͺ 8 graham crackers
π₯₯ 2 tbsp coconut flakes
π― honey (optional drizzle)
How to make it:
1οΈβ£ Blend frozen mango with yogurt until smooth
2οΈβ£ Freeze briefly if too soft
3οΈβ£ Lay graham crackers on a tray
4οΈβ£ Spread mango mixture over half of them
5οΈβ£ Top with the remaining crackers
6οΈβ£ Roll edges in coconut flakes
7οΈβ£ Freeze 2β3 hours until firm
8οΈβ£ Enjoy straight from the freezer π₯
