Donna is best known for her talent of thinking outside of the box to create unique designs. Her Christmas wreaths, for which she is best known, are beyond amazing and are designed using fresh greenery - Cedar, Fraser Fir, and Magnolia along with other elements from nature. Donna likes to add a personal touch to her designs that relate to the recipient. By using "treasure" pieces, she customs a one of a kind piece that is like none other. Her scarecrow creations (some call them garden people) are award winning also. Her scarecrow entries and floral arrangement designs at the NC State Fair have placed 1st, 2nd or 3rd each year. She has also earned the Designer's Choice and Petit Flower Design top awards for her entries. The sky is the limit when creating. Letting her imagination guide her, she can create a special piece for any occasion. What's the odds of finding one antique doll sleigh much less finding two! I found the first one a couple of years ago in an attic at an estate sale. It's in fairly good shape. It was well loved by someone. It needs a little repair but not much. The second one I found at a Goodwill store. I was quick to grab it. I've had it about a year. Finally getting around to giving them new life in time for market season. If you know me, you know my saying...it's in a bag, in box, in a tote, or in the barn. Well these were in the barn. Gotta love thrifting. ❤️

What do you do when you are driving home from a mountain wedding weekend with a truck loaded with wedding decor??? You stop by the Triad Farmer’s market. I stopped at the market to see my longtime friends, Barry and Melody Lineberger. They have Lineberger’s Farms and have the best selection of produce from their farm. Awesome selection of pumpkins and gourds. They even have their own lines of jams, jellies, pancake syrups, ciders, pasta sauce and more. Great prices too. I couldn’t resist making a few corn ear arrangements for them to sell. Sold one as soon as I finished it. Take a trip to see them. You won’t regret it. Follow their FB page.

I can't say enough good things about this venue. It is absolutely the best venue I've ever worked with by far. Beautiful facility and the owners, John and Jessica, are fantastic. We'll worth the drive for a destination wedding. The Hampton Inn is only 5 mins from the venue. If you are planning an event, check them out. I 100% recommend them.
