🍂💙 A Little Vintage Charm for My Dining Room! 💚🍇

You know my love for thrifting, antiquing, and collecting pretty things! Today, I finally brought some of my treasured antique and vintage plates out of the cupboards and onto the dining room walls! ❤️

I love mixing patterns, colors, and styles to create a collected-over-time look. I especially wanted to incorporate the beautiful blues, greens, deep oranges, and rich plum tones that flow throughout my home.

From delicate florals and transferware to beautiful game birds and botanical designs, each plate has its own personality and charm. And somehow, they all work together! 🦆🌿

To me, decorating isn’t about everything matching perfectly. It’s about surrounding yourself with pieces you love, mixing old with new, and creating a home that tells your story.

A little vintage, a little eclectic, and a whole lot of Odessa Rose style! 🌹

🤎 My Brown Transferware Obsession Meets Chalk Couture! 🤎

You know how one little obsession can inspire a whole new creative adventure? Well, my growing love for vintage brown transferware plates was the inspiration behind today’s project! 🤎

I wanted to capture that timeless, old-world charm of antique transferware, but with a cozy winter twist! ❄️

Using SIX different Chalk Couture silkscreen transfers, I combined a snowy cottage, horse-drawn sleigh, woodland deer, and delicate floral borders to create this winter wonderland on a 22-inch round wooden surface.

I love how the rich brown tones against the creamy background give it that vintage transferware look. A little Victorian charm, a little winter nostalgia, and a whole lot of Odessa Rose creativity! 🤎

Who says you have to collect all your transferware? Sometimes you can create your own! 😉

💚💛🖤🩵❤️ COUNTRY BEFORE IT WAS COOL! 🚜🐄

This weekend, our family will gather to celebrate a very special milestone… my dad’s 90th birthday! 🎉❤️

With kids, grandkids, and great-grandkids all coming together, we’re celebrating his farming roots in true country style!

Dad was a farmer through and through… a big red barn, black cattle, and John Deere green! 🚜❤️🐄

So, naturally, our family celebration calls for a little John Deere, barns, denim, and all things country!

And you KNOW I had to create something special to wear! I pulled together some Chalk Couture transfers and inked this shirt to honor the life and memories of the farmer I’m so proud to call Dad. ❤️

90 years of life, love, hard work, and a family that continues to grow. What a blessing to celebrate him with generations gathered together!

Here’s to Dad and his country roots! 💚💛
