I love a smoked chicken Cobb salad - it has lettuce, but the healthiness dwindles with the bacon, cheese, and avocado. Still, it’s a great way to use ingredients from our Fair Ridge Farm weekly fair share as well as the excellent smoked chicken from Sunday.
