We go in with a drawing of the space and all the dimensions. We were extremely surprised at how affordable their prices are, and how quick installation can be. Their installation crew shows up and they are professional, polite, courteous, and clean. I wish I could recall the names of everyone that we dealt with (2 sales people. One I gathered information from. The other when the family went down to decide which carpet. And the 2 installers.
