When redoing a bathroom and you want to turn it into a walk in shower, please ask questions! One of the most important questions is, how is the shower curb made? Most inexperienced contractors use wood. When the contractor wraps the vinyl liner pan they use either screws or nails. Would you poke holes in a zip lock bag with liquid and expect the water to contain itself? Absolutely not! Please call or come see us for detailed information regarding installation choices.

Today I received a call for a estimate for a outdoor patio. The caller informed me that she had purchased all her material at a big box store. I told her that it is too cold outside and must have a constant temperature of 50 degrees or higher. The reason is that the thinset (adhesive) needs to dry, with current temperatures dipping into the low 20's the thinset will not dry and thus not adhere to the tile. I'm sure we lost the opportunity to bid this project. We stand behind our work with a warranty. We follow guidelines recommended by the TCA (Tile Council of America). Please call us for any professional flooring installation!
