🥗 EZPZ MAKE-AHEAD POTLUCK SALAD
A super easy salad that is perfect for a graduation, first communion or just any old day.
💫 You can prepare it the day before and it will be ready to go when you!
It has a nice crunch from the cauliflower and each bite has everything you can dream of - highlighted by sweet peas and of course, my fav - bacon. 🥓 The Parmesan dressing is creamy, a little sweet, a little savory - and crave worthy. This one feeds a crowd, and zero stress the day of. We love it! ❤️

INGREDIENTS:
• 1 cup mayonnaise (I use Hellmann’s)
• 3 hefty tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
• 2 tablespoons sugar + salt & pepper to taste
• 1 head cauliflower (separate into little florets)
• 1 head lettuce and 10 oz bag of peas
• 1/2 medium red onion - thinly sliced
• 1 lb of bacon roughly chopped (less the pieces you snack on 😉) 😊

PUTTING IT TOGETHER
Make the dressing - using the Mayo, sugar, parm and salt & pepper. Set aside. Chop the lettuce. Add the cauliflower. Next the sliced red onions. Then add the dressing in glops on top. DON’T MIX. Then add the peas. Finally top with bacon. Chill it. When you are ready to serve - toss it with tongs.
Serve it cold and watch it disappear. I had a few slices of provolone in the fridge and diced that up this time and it was delicious. So add whatever you want and enjoy!
