Pros, after you pair the AMP iQ gateway, take a few seconds to check its signal strength.
Open the gateway card in the app and look at the circle.

🔵 Blue and "Good" means you have a strong connection.
🟠 Orange and "Poor" means the signal is weak.

If it's weak or offline, the gateway can't reach the Wi-Fi router well. Move it to a spot closer to the router so it gets a solid signal.
