Have a beautiful Wednesday

A few of my favorite bouquets this fall.

I can’t say enough how excited I am for our spring flowers. I already miss our flowers. Hurricane Isaias ended our season early 😭. I just received notification that the last of our ranunculus order will be shipping shortly!! We will have extra anemones and ranunculus corms available for sale in a few weeks. So keep an eye out for that post.

Ranunculus!! Moving on to spring. My first corms order is shipping. This order is the elegance series and cloni success. If all my orders ship, we will have more than we can plant. Apparently, I was a little over zealous when ordering spring flowers. We plant our ranunculus out in November and get March/April blooms. I will post what is available once I receive them all.

How is everyone doing after Isaias? Thankfully, no big issues for our house, a small tree limb down on the fence. Sadly, it looks like this may have ended our 2026 flower season though. All the flowers are flattened. The wind ripped off every zinnia bloom head and the leaves are shredded. We will see if anything perks up over the next few days.

It’s getting pretty windy here. Surprisingly we still have power, but we can see transformers blowing out there.

Getting one last cut in before the hurricane. Hoping this is not the end of our flower season. 🌻🌼

The shade cloths are coming down for the season and garden clean up will be taking place on Thursday. Our eyes are on the tropical storm in the gulf. Fingers crossed it doesn’t tick further east or intensify too much.

I’m ready for the delicate blooms spring flowers have 🌸🌷

Looking forward to next spring! Today we are starting our foxglove and campanula 🌸
