Over 16 years ago, we began The Southern Aerie Event a little side hustle, if you will... to make use of our existing stock and give people inspo for ways they could decorate for parties and weddings. Now it seems we have come full circle on the SAE to facilitate for our venue business and we are back to bringing the vintage❤️.

Brynn Miles was the gift that keeps giving🩷
If you remember we had a helper a while back who was our go to for everything- a right hand and second left, if you will...😅 From spare keys to priced and boxed stock, prepainted furniture and organized spaces- she did it. Brynn has moved on to a career, but she is still with us in spirit and uber cool talent. We miss her, and .hope she is doing well but a day dont go by we wish we had another like her! Brynns Bench: Saltwash, Dixie Belle Tea Rose and Mud Puddle Chalk and Mineral Paint, IOD Marche De Fluers Transfer, IOD Curated Signage Gilded Transfer and finished with Dixie Belle White Wax.

We have been working through some of our long (years🫣) stored stock. Some of you might even recognize a few pieces that have come and gone in booths and our storefront and local business collaborations. How are we using it?? If you are not following our any of our venue pages- check out Myrtle Terrasse and Venue 764. If I had to describe the decor vibe it is simply- Southern Aerie The idea is using what you have, improving it with paint, transfers, ect, everything old is salvagable and worthy, and it should not break the bank getting it done.
