Parade of Homes Orlando highlights some of Central Florida’s most inspiring homes, remodels, and designers ✨

For this remodel, we completely reworked the kitchen layout to improve both flow and functionality. The real showstopper for the judges? This dramatic new kitchen window ☁️☀️

By reimagining the back wall, we created a focal point that floods the space with natural light and frames beautiful outdoor views. The judges even awarded it their iconic blue ribbon for the project’s standout feature 🩵✨

SCHOLARSHIP SPOTLIGHT // We are so proud to award this year’s KBF Interior Design Scholarship to Oviedo High School graduate, Macy Nelson 👩🏼‍🎓📚

This $1,000 scholarship recognizes students who demonstrate both academic excellence (minimum 3.25 GPA) and a true passion for design through at least one year of interior design coursework 👏

Macy has been accepted into the architecture program at FAU and plans to transfer into the highly competitive, top-ranked Interior Design program at UF.

Her interior design instructor, Jennifer Patrick, shared:
“She is one of the most dedicated, creative, and inspiring students I have had the honor to teach. She is not only deserving of this scholarship, she is the kind of student who will truly make the most of it.”

So we reimagined everything— from heavy, dated cabinetry to light, layered, and intentional design that actually lets the space breathe 🙌🏻🌊😌
