This lounge is about warmth, texture and the natural unfolding of storied life. Soft and inviting Ligne Roset lounge chairs are balanced by the sculptural silhouette of the iconic floor lamp. Antique silver accents from bring history and soul. A dialogue between old and new, where natural materials, patina, and thoughtful layers create a sense of calm and understated luxury.

A lounge layered in texture, warmth, and storied pieces.

There’s no room for ugly outlets in good design. Outlet integration is a detail we never overlook. Here’s how we do it.

So many questions about our Pt. Dume pool so thought we’d share all the details.

The plaster finish we chose was very intentional and plays a huge role in the final color of the water.

Built and selected to age gracefully, we expected that the plaster finish would continue to age over time and that’s what we love about it. It was one of those decisions that completely shaped the atmosphere of the grounds.

We also did a poured-in-place concrete coping with a sand acid finish. And the waterline tile is a handmade 2x2 zellige tile.

Enduring details that feel connected to the landscape.

Comment “pool” if you’d like the color of our plaster finish. 🤍

Still swooning over the grand architectural marble staircase from our London visit. This Renaissance-style, seven-story Italian Grand Pavonazzo holds so much movement, depth, and old-world grandeur.

Dramatic marble veining, carved stone balusters, bold layering of stone drips on stone. The way every architectural line layers into the next. Every detail is divine.

So inspired by the immersive and transportive experience, where materiality becomes the architecture itself. The repetition of the shapes and contrast of metal creates curiosity. Grand windows and Doma skylight overhead create such a beautiful interplay of light, scale, and movement throughout the stairwell.

A passage that feels both sculptural and functional all at once.

Where character influences atmosphere. Antique lighting, modern soul.

Aged finishes, patina, and warm light that settles into a space.

These are the elements that bring depth and feeling. A warmth that can’t be replicated, only revealed over time. Pieces with a history, casting a softer, more layered light.

Mixed metals are always a good idea.

The mix of stainless, brass and nickel range brings all the elevated elegance of a European bistro kitchen.

London called.

Visiting the showrooms along Pimlico road was the highlight. I filled my well and did an absurd amount of sourcing. There are so many good mirrors in England.

Could have done without the rainy days, but then it wouldn’t be London.
