Every Thursday! Learn to quiet your mind and get in tune with your body, before the start to a beautiful day, COME AS YOUR ARE. All with the ability to move ; all genders,identities and ages…. pay what you can (donation based) You will be guided with several variations and slow movements to ease into the practice. Mats are not provided (yet) although we have tapestries to use so you won't be on the floor! See you there- Namaste

The forest is calling….. i must go! I will be closing a lil early today at 3pm! Going to go enjoy some beautiful weather and nature🌳🧚‍♂️ Swipe through our ((nature inspired)) ready to hang prints and artwork, and come see them in person at the gallery next week! (Closed Mondays & Tuesdays, open Wednesday & Friday, and through the weekend! Thursday we will be closed…..) 🧘‍♂️BUT we still have our Thursday yoga class! 🧘Moved the time to 9 AM instead of 3 pm…to better suit attendees! What a Great way to to start BASS FEST weekend! 💗🤍👊
